Chapter 43: Parables of armor and wine

1 And he spake also a parable unto them;

2 No man patch a piece of a new armor with an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the new agreeth not with the old.

3 And no man putteth a new sword into an old old sheath: else the new sword doth burst the sheath, and the sword fall, and the sheath be marred, and the risen overrun: but new swords must be put into new sheaths.
