Chapter 88: Who do people say Jesus is?

And Jesus went out, and his warriors, into the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and by the way he asked his warriors, saying unto them, Whom do men say that I am?

And they answered, the foil for John the Baptist: but some say, a protector; and others, betrayer of God's purpose.

And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ, Leader of the Living..

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood wiped from my sword hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 6 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my fortress; and the legions of hell shall not breech its walls. 7 And I will give unto thee the weapons of the warrior of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt slay on earth shall be kept in heaven.

Then charged he his warriors that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ.
